Sleeping up to six guests across three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, the home offers the perfect blend of timeless design, modern comfort, and effortless desert living.
Beautifully remodeled while preserving many of its original details, the single-story residence showcases a striking wood ceiling, clean architectural lines, and an impressive collection of period-inspired furnishings and artwork. Pieces by Craig Ellwood, Victor Hugo Zias, and other artists of the era add character throughout the home, while the open-concept great room and expansive sliding doors create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The gourmet kitchen combines sleek modern cabinetry, contemporary appliances, and clerestory windows that fill the space with natural light and views of the desert surroundings. A 1970s Knoll dining set seats eight, while the spacious kitchen island provides room for four more. Inside, guests can relax around the fireplace in the stylish living area, surrounded by carefully curated mid-century furnishings.
Outside, the resort-style backyard is designed for relaxation and fun. Palm trees and rugged mountain views frame the private, hedge-lined oasis, complete with pops of vibrant color. Enjoy cocktails by the sparkling pool, fire up the barbecue, relax in the shaded patio area, or soak in the sitting spa. Cushioned loungers beneath a colorful umbrella invite you to stretch out poolside, while a private shuffleboard court adds a playful touch to the experience.
When it’s time to unwind for the night, guests can retreat to one of three beautifully appointed bedrooms: the primary suite with a comfortable queen bed, a guest room with a king bed, or another guest room with a queen bed. Each bedroom also offers direct access to an outdoor patio with its own seating area.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
Maximum Short-Term Rental Stay
Please note that, due to local regulations, short-term rental reservations are limited to a maximum stay of 28 consecutive nights. Requests for stays exceeding 28 nights cannot be accommodated under short-term rental regulations and may be subject to different rental terms, policies, and procedures.
