Because of its waterfront location, visitors to this villa will find a remarkable array of amenities that ensure they get the most of their time on the Caribbean. A Zodiac boat is available to guests, along with a host of other water gear and an experienced boat operator, too.
While this alone might make it a blissful choice for a holiday, the property has a tremendous list of additional features and amenities. In addition to the grounds with their mature palms and plantings, there is a large terrace facing the sea. Here, visitors can enjoy lengthy dips in the large pool, time in the Jacuzzi, hours lounging in a range of covered or open chairs, and a meal at the al fresco dining area. A covered terrace is home to more lounging and dining furniture, and enormous doors and windows lead inside.
Here a high-ceilinged great room features gorgeous furniture and decor, offering up a comfortable lounge and living room area with entertainment space (and a small office nook); nearby is a formal dining room, and a massive gourmet kitchen. There is also a fitness room in the elegant rounded room at the top of the house.
There are seven bedrooms in the villa, including a grand master suite on the upper level and two other bedrooms, as well. The lower level has another king suite and a two-bedroom family suite along with another separate apartment with queen bedroom.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
