Villa Amarilla offers 9,000 square feet with five spacious upstairs bedroom suites with private baths and balconies to enjoy the outdoors. Each air-conditioned bedroom is individually decorated with island inspired corals, blues and greens to create its own special character. Guests may choose to shower indoors, or they can use their private outdoor shower for stunning views of the ocean.
The furnished pool terrace surrounds a spa and large infinity edge pool that seems to blend seamlessly with the waters of the Atlantic. A semicircle of built-in seating, a barbecue and outdoor wet bar make the terrace ideal for drinks and casual meals with friends. A fully-equipped gym is located in a separate building adjacent to the main house and provides a flat screen TV, a stereo, a full bath and a massage table.
Villa Amarilla is ideally located less than five minutes from Shoal Bay East and Scilly Cay Beach.
The layout of villa Amarilla is as follows. The ground floor features an open design commanded by a dual stair case. The living room, dining room and kitchen have an open concept and weep to the pool terrace that features an outdoor dining area and bar as well as the pool and jacuzzi. One bedroom with en suite bathroom is located on this floor as well as a media room and 1/2 bathroom.
The upstairs features the 4 other bedroom suites and their own terraces. The gym is located in a separate cottage at the end of the driveway.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
