Perhaps you want the luxury of a villa, but you would also appreciate the amenities and services of a resort property. This is why the Villa AYCM Suites in Antigua are such a great find. Part of the Antigua Yacht Club Marina, they are a collection of premium villa suites that put you close to the Falmouth Harbor while surrounding you with luxury, style and access to resort privileges.

Guests of the one-bedroom villas (with options for three bedrooms) can enjoy the resort's bar and restaurant, visit the spa, use the water sports equipment and access Pigeon Beach. You are also within walking distance of the village, with more than three dozen bars and restaurants, amazing shops, and the many activities and sights that a world-class tropical harbor provides.

The villas are each two-story properties that feature an open air dining room on the upper floor. This allows you to dine in the tree tops of the surrounding palms and to savor the sight of the harbor nearby. Just inside the double set of French doors is the beautifully decorated living room. With its contemporary, wooden furnishings and décor, it creates a welcome space for relaxation. This space opens into the kitchenette, which is actually a space where you can easily prepare full meals thanks to the range of appliances available.

The shared living spaces are on the upper level, and the lower level is where the bedrooms are found. The villas are one-bedroom properties, but have the option for opening to the connected suites. Each has three bedrooms on the lower levels. Each offers a king bed, large private bath and an array of premium electronics. They are all decorated in the same appealing style as the living spaces, emphasizing darkly-stained wood and colorful linens.

The Villa AYCM Suites are that perfect balance of villa living and resort amenities, and would be great for families or groups of friends.

The rental rates include : Welcome upon arrival and orientation, housekeeping service daily, gardener regularly, property manager on duty 24/7 and utilities (water, electricity, WiFi internet coverage).  Provisions and staff gratuities are not included.

We loved every minute of our stay. Our room was number 37 it looked over the marina, it was great watching the exotica yachts come and go. There is a beautiful beach a 10min walk away and lots of restaurant's to choose from, we loved Cloggy's and Paparazzi the most. The staff were brilliant, especially Kashif. We will definitely go back.

From the moment we got there to the moment we left the staff at the hotel could not do anymore for us. They booked excursions for us at last minute, taking us across the island to get to stingray City on time, informing us of what was going on around us including where to go to enjoy the celebrations for Independence Day. We had a fantastic time and will definitely go and stay at this clean, friendly hotel again.

We stayed at AYCM for 2 weeks at the end of July/beginning of August and I can only concur with what has been said by other visitors at this time. Before our trip I exchanged several emails with Meechi, who not only reassured me about aspects of our booking but was also kind enough to advise on other queries about our trip in general. We found all the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. They drove us to both the local beach and another, a little further away, calling ahead to make arrangements for us to use facilities. When booking excursions, they found us the best deals and phoned through to help tailor days out to our requirements.
Our rooms were lovely and spacious - all with balconies and sea views. They were kept very clean and well equipped and we were all allowed late check out on our last day. We were given complimentary wine and water for our rooms upon arrival. Airport transfers were arranged prior to our visit and we used the same taxi driver on a number of occasions during our stay - Del was an absolute gem, who was more like a personal guide to the island.
AYCM is situated right next to Falmouth Harbour and is handy for a number of restaurants, some of which were either closed or only open for limited hours, as this was low season. Nevertheless, we were able to find a number of eateries at easy walking distance.
Pigeon Beach (which we loved) is also a short walk away, although my Mother (78) needed transport, which was provided whenever we needed it, as the route is a little hilly.
All in all, we had a fantastic holiday in Antigua and were very happy indeed with our chosen hotel. We were greeted with the words, "Welcome to Paradise!" This was no exaggeration.

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.

Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.

Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.

Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Staff section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
