Set on a hill overlooking the sea, the stunning Villa Azura is a great find for those eager to enjoy a luxury villa holiday in Antigua. Located on the eastern side of the island, close to Long Bay beach, it promises visitors daily sunrise and sunset views in addition to its amazing views of the coast and out to sea.

The three-bedroom villa is done in a unique and somewhat contemporary style. The exterior is a soothing salmon hue and it features a lovely array of amenities. The focal point for many visitors is the pool terrace. Here, an elegant stretch of infinity edge pool leads the eye to the verdant lawn and surrounding grounds of tropical plants and trees. It also frames the sea views and offers a paved pool terrace furnished with sun beds and lounging spots.

This backs up against the picturesque covered terrace that offers truly unique décor that includes nest chairs and an unusual high-top café table. Framed by bold turquoise doors and trim, the open terrace leads you into the interior living spaces. These include a lovely great room that features a palette of dark wood, white and bold bursts of saffron and blue. Two sofas and an entertainment system are part of the living room area, and this opens to the al fresco dining spot. Shuttered windows serve as a pass through from the impressive kitchen.

Wooden countertops, a large central island and the very latest appliances make it a fabulous spot to prepare meals or drinks. Off the kitchen is another lounge area with colorfully furnished banquette, and then you can head to the different areas of the villa with the bedrooms.

The bedrooms are king or dual twin suites. They offer canopied beds with netting, large en-suite baths with outdoor showers, and amazing views to the sea or gardens.

Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.

Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Policies section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
Is a hair dryer available? click to open
A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.
Is an iron included? click to open
Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.

Covid 19 Policy

For new bookings the property manager is modifying the payment policy as follows : 

~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation 
~ Balance due 30 days prior to arrival

For new bookings the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows : 

~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 14 days prior to the arrival, 100% of the Gross Rental will be refunded.  
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 14 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited. Unless it is due to certified COVID reasons, where they would extend a voucher for the full amount paid for future use. COVID reasons include but are not limited to closing airports on either end, airline cancellations, certified sickness...

The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :

1. The Antigua government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Antigua that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 CDC Warning or Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Antigua must exist.

Villa Azura is a great villa located close to Long Bay Beach in Antigua. Property was comfortable, quiet. Staff was amazing. Mitzi and Titus took wonderful care of us. Loved the outdoor showers in all bedrooms. Only additional comment, you will absolutely need a car. Would recommend

What an amazing place. We just got back from spending a wonderful week in this amazing house. The property was is absolutely beautiful with beautiful gardens and an amazing pool. The house design was well thought out and very beautiful. We especially loved the outdoor showers! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare dinner when we weren't going out for dinner. We really enjoyed Mitzie who took great care of us and Titus who takes care of the beautiful gardens. I can't say enough about this wonderful house. The weather was perfect with the winds; we didn't need air conditioning. The air conditioned beds were very comfortable - they kept us nice and cool but with no sound and no feeling of cold blowing on you. I would highly recommend this vacation home and hope to return again for another vacation. Thank you for opening up your amazing home for others to enjoy!

My family just spent an amazing week at Villa Azura from Dec 17th to the 24th. The home was perfect for our family, as it had plenty of room for the six of us. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Mitzie, the housekeeper, took very good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped so we enjoyed most of our meals "at home". Although the Epicurean was a distance, the grocery store was like shopping in the states, so that made cooking easy. The air conditioned beds were amazing, and made sleeping perfect. Lots of places to gather with everyone, and plenty of spots to have quiet time and read a book.

While we were in Antigua, we chartered the Cool Cat, a catamaran for the day. Making it nice to spend time on the Caribbean side of the island. We also took the quick trip over to Devil's Bridge (where the Atlantic meets the Caribbean). If you are up for some water fun, I suggest the Dboat. We had a great time, lots of laughs and water park fun.

We had an amazing time at Azura. The house was everything if not more than we expected. Be sure to rent a car and our advice is have Norma cook at least for your arrival as the stores are quite some distance away.

My family and I spent a week at Villa Azura and loved every minute. The infinite views, fresh food, beautiful rooms and divine pool are something that will be hard to forget. The staff were so welcoming and quick to share their local know-how's. This is a villa that offers total serenity on the Atlantic coast, you're close to stunning half moon bay and a local beach with its bone-white sand and Bombay sapphire waters just 10 minutes away what more could you ask for? A truly special holiday destination.

My Family and I had a wonderful time staying at Villa Azura for a week. It is a little slice of Heaven. The Villa has a great view of the ocean and a nice breeze. The beds are air conditioned so you sleep very comfortably. Mitzie is wonderful, very helpful and a joy to be around. The villa was very clean and we enjoyed taking showers in the outdoor showers, making meals in the nice equiped kitchen and swimming in the wonderful pool. The island is very pretty and the beaches are beautiful. I would highly recommand staying here, you won't be disappointed!

My kids, aged 20,18 and 8, and I, had a wonderful stay at villa Azura, thank you! Beautiful house, wonderful staff and lovely island. We explored most of Antigua and enjoyed the local cuisine. My son had two days of serious fly fishing with, Nick, the fly fishing guide. We have rented many houses around the world and Villa Azura is one of our favorites! We will be back, thanks again
