Part of the gated community, it is set on a slope that ensures you enjoy amazing sea views and unbelievable sunsets from your various terraces each day. In addition to being in this community, this villa is but one of four that looks down over the largest and most appealing swimming pool. It has a direct view of the waterfall and is within steps of the pool's terrace.
Visitors also have access to the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club if they prefer to take a dip in the sea or bask on the sands of Mullins Beach. Spa services are part of the club membership, as well as use of its pool and gym. Or want to serve up some tennis, membership is also included at Sugar Hill Club.
However, the villa itself provides a world of comforts and relaxation, and it begins with the private courtyard that leads (through a very decorative arched door) to the pool. Enjoy your little garden and sun beds, or relaxing in the shade of your open-air lounge just a few steps away. You also have a full-sized, al fresco dining room here as well and the formal living opens into your full kitchen. With a staff that includes a cook and maid service, you may find the kitchen good for drinks and snacks, but you can feel free to experiment with local ingredients here too!

~ 30% deposit at the time of booking
~ Balance due 45 days prior to arrival
~ Christmas / New Year 2021/22 period: Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 15 days prior to the arrival, all monies paid will be refunded minus all bank charges, processing fee and US$250.00 administration fee.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 15 days of the arrival date, 15% of the Gross Rental plus bank charges and processing fee will be forfeited.
~ If guests opt for deferral of dates, all monies paid will be applied to deferred dates and must be used within a 12-month period from original arrival date.
For new bookings made during the Christmas / New Year 2021/22 period, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation, 15% of the Gross Rental plus bank charges and processing fee will be forfeited.
~ If guests opt for deferral of dates, all monies paid will be applied to deferred dates at the same property and must be used within a 12-month period from original arrival date.
All payments remain non-refundable if the deferred dates are cancelled after rebooking new dates.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.
