The four-bedroom villa sits on a knoll that looks out over the five-star golf course and provides a welcome array of in-house amenities. Though guests are welcome to all of the resort's facilities, including the clubhouse and dining establishments, the swimming pools, spa services, tennis, and shuttles to the beaches, their villa also has a wealth of enjoyable features.
Decorated with a neutral palette accented with perfect bursts of Caribbean color, all of the living spaces manage to balance soothing with stimulation. It all begins with the impressive, infinity edge pool that sits at the rear of the house, facing the view. Here, visitors can enjoy relaxing swims or take a position on the sun beds that surround the pool terrace. Walking beneath the elegant arches takes you to the covered terrace where an al fresco dining area and barbecue can provide unforgettable meals, or where the oversized sofas and chairs can ensure hours of relaxed conversation, reading or even a nap.
Just inside from the terrace is the formal living room and the television lounge. Just beyond that, the archway opens into a butler's pantry and the formal dining room. The breakfast bar and modern kitchen is here as well. Designed to satisfy even a professional chef, the kitchen is yet another preferred gathering place, and it has the benefit of facing the views!
The four bedrooms are divided between the upper and lower floors. The upper floor features two master suites with balconies and large ensuite baths. The two other bedrooms are on the lower level, and each opens to the garden and pool.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
The Mullins Beach Club sustained damage from the rough seas during the passage of Hurricane Beryl on the 1 July 2024. As a result it is closed for reconstruction, no completion date has been issued so far.
However, Mullins Beach is open and guests staying at properties that include Mullins Beach Club Membership can get a lounge chair, parasol and beach towels from the beach attendants as is customary. The car parking facility at Singita Wellness is still open to guests with membership. Bathroom facilities are located across the road from the beach club and are separate from Singita’s bathrooms. The SeaShed beach bar / restaurant is located next door to the Mullins Beach Club and will be open everyday from 11:30am (always check directly with the SeaShed for changes to opening days / times), this is a recommended option.
