Part of the famous Royal Westmoreland, this villa sits amidst many acres of gorgeous grounds and offers you full use of the different facilities spread throughout the property. For instance, guests enjoy total access to the Beach Club facilities at Mullins Bay, use of the wonderful private clubhouse, world class spa, and meals at the gourmet restaurant. There is also the fitness center, a community pool, tennis courts, golfing and special kids-only activities, as well.
Yet, you might discover that the villa is all your group needs for a wonderfully relaxing getaway. After all, your large and totally private pool terrace gazes out on the rolling landscape. Surrounded by a large yard, it feels like a world all its own. Sunbathe on your stone terrace or head up to the second-story verandah that offers breathtaking views of the famous golf course in the distance. Beneath the shade of the canopy, you can dine al fresco or lounge in your stylish outdoor living room.
Heading in through the oversized, arched doors, you enter the cathedral ceilinged great room. With white, pickled wood ceilings, sand-hued terrazzo floors and some of the most stylish décor imaginable, it creates a chic and yet welcoming space. The open floor plan features the living room and entertainment space, the airy dining room and the open air, gourmet kitchen.
Your four bedrooms are spread out between the floors to ensure privacy. The entry floor features a dual twin suite and the main, pool level features three king suites (two open to the terrace) with private baths. Arrival Information: Guests staying at this property should choose the Barbados North Coast Transfer service area for airport transfers. We highly recommend the Barbados Fast Track service to expedite your arrival and avoid long waits at customs.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
The Mullins Beach Club sustained damage from the rough seas during the passage of Hurricane Beryl on the 1 July 2024. As a result it is closed for reconstruction, no completion date has been issued so far.
However, Mullins Beach is open and guests staying at properties that include Mullins Beach Club Membership can get a lounge chair, parasol and beach towels from the beach attendants as is customary. The car parking facility at Singita Wellness is still open to guests with membership. Bathroom facilities are located across the road from the beach club and are separate from Singita’s bathrooms. The SeaShed beach bar / restaurant is located next door to the Mullins Beach Club and will be open everyday from 11:30am (always check directly with the SeaShed for changes to opening days / times), this is a recommended option.
