This three-bedroom condominium is the very height of comfort and beauty and has been carefully designed and decorated for the most discerning tastes.

Located within an enormous 16-acre community, it overlooks the central harbor and gazes out towards the sea and private beachfront below. The property has been designed to offer all a traveler needs and features multiple waterfront cafes, gourmet restaurants and bars. There is a massive and truly stunning central pool complex with bridges, gardens, and even dining and bar services. Visitors have the attention of their private concierge, business services and an activity or tour planning service.

Yet, you may not want to wander far from your gorgeous villa. Designed with a pale palette of cream and sea blue, it features enormous open walls to capture the sunlight and sea breezes from almost every room. There is a great room with a masterful, modern kitchen featuring the very best appliances, dining space and an enormous living room. It opens to the private terrace with views of the entire complex and the sea beyond. Here you can lounge in style or dine al fresco.

The three bedrooms are also opulent retreats, and each features a large and private terrace. Two gaze out to sea and one enjoys garden views. All three are king suites and feature enormous, private baths.

If you want that little piece of quality and privacy then Port Ferndinand should be on you list of places to stay in Barbados. It is further north then the famous St James area but St Peters is fast catching up. Cin Cin has just opened their new restaurant here, you also have the "Fish Pot" that is most definitely worth a visit in addition Port Ferdinand have just relaunched their own 5* restaurant. As for the apartments they are wonderful you want for nothing and you will not find bigger on this Island. The only minus you will find the fantastically furnished balconies are in the shade for almost the whole day. However you do have the Island in the center of the mariner that have a bar serving food and drinks all by the lovely pool. These apartments also come with a daily maid service so it is as close as you can get to a 5* hotel. A return visit is highly on the cards.

Arrived in Barbados on 7th sept and quickly fast tracked through the airport and taken to our resort. Tracey the concierge was waiting for us on arrival and showed us to our apartment. The 2 bed apartment was huge, fabulous lounge area and terrace overlooking the marina and ocean. Everything provided you could wish for. These apartments are truly stunning. There is a small pool by the quayside, but no beach directly accessible from the marina, however a free water taxi will take and pick you up down the coast to various beaches up to the Mullins beach area. We used the beach and facilities at the sister resort, St. Peter's bay, and were made very welcome by the staff there, poolside bar and restaurant great for lunch.
Tracey was so helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. She gave us lots of information and help booking restaurants and taxis and suggestions for places to visit.
We chose to come to Barbados in the quietest month and therefore lots of restaurants and bars were closed (including the restaurant at port Ferdinand ) however on the plus side the beaches were deserted - no fight for sun beds!!!
All the staff at the resort were very helpful and friendly and made our stay very memorable. Highly recommended.

The rooms are actually 2000 sq ft well furnished apartments with kitchen, sitting room and huge terrace with dining table and sofas. The view is over the private marina with views of the sea. Dining is by the marina, and a complimentary water taxi is on call to take you to the beach, where their sister property has a terrace dining overlooking the sea. Turtle watching is included. There is a private island bar and pool, and before sunset monkeys can be seen heading home.

Beautifully appointed suite with luxurious amenities. Great kitchen and huge bath. Loved Restaurant 13/59. Great food at a reasonable price for Barbados. Friendly staff. Fabulous spa. It was a perfect vacation from beginning to end. Definitely will be back.

We had a lovely vacation in Barbados. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and had a view of both the harbor and the sea. It was one of the most luxurious places I have every visited. We were also really pleasantly surprised at how nice the beach area was. It is small but absolutely beautiful. We did also eat in the fine dining restaurant one night and the food was amazing. We can definitiely recommend this property.

My stay here was absolutely amazing for every reason.
The staff makes you feel right at home. It was a delight to see Maxine and Jarome in the morning for breakfast. The breakfast pizza is to die for. I really appreciate that they had milk alternatives too!
Since we visited the island during the off season the resort was not crowded, but I liked that. Being able to relax and not hear hundreds of people swarming a pool. However, there were still others guests there and
The rooms were stunning. Everything was so clean and nice. The rooms are very spacious as well.
Port Ferdinand is working on their beach right now, but they offer a water taxi service to their sister property if you want to use their beach as well.
I cannot wait to come back!

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Yes. Isle Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
What is the cancellation policy? click to open
Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Staff section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.
Are towels and linens provided? click to open
Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
Is a hair dryer available? click to open
A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.
Is an iron included? click to open
Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.

Port Ferdinand Is offering a free of charge private second COVID test for every reservation 7 nights or longer.
The test will be conducted by a private Doctor on property, 5 days after the first test was taken in the country of origin.
