~ If guests cancel the reservation falling within the Festive Season, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited or kept as a voucher credit for travel within 12 months from original booked date in the same villa.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 CDC Warning or Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

*The restaurant office in the clubhouse will be the dedicated quarantine room if needed.
*The gym is open from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm with only 2 persons allowed in at any one time. It’s fresh air only no air conditioning.
*The pools are open, with reduced seating.
*The tennis courts are open and tennis clinics are being offered on Mondays.
*The restaurant will remain closed for the present.

Monkey Hill was a fantastic house to stay in. I couldn't believe that the house looked exactly how it was advertised, since it looked too good to be true! All the rooms were beautiful and clean, and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We spent all of our time at the house sitting outside by the pool since it had such a lovely view looking out over the island and the ocean. The sunsets were gorgeous from the backyard. We also saw monkeys in the trees which was very fun. Sonia, the housekeeper, was wonderful. She was extremely helpful and did a great job keeping the house clean for us. The house is in a gated community with beautiful homes. Natalie was very quick to communicate with me through airbnb and answered all of my questions. She gave me very detailed instructions on how to drive to the house. I can't say enough about how luxurious this house is. We loved it!

My family and I just returned from a week at Monkey Hill villa in Sugar Hills. The villa is spectacular with all the luxury's of a 5 star resort. Pride of ownership truly is evident in all facets of the home. The owners attention to detail shines through in the unique style of each bedroom and common areas. Our house manager (Sonia) was a pleasure and took great care of all our family's needs. The chef (Dennis) wowed us in creating some tasteful island treats. The villa is close to many of Barbados top beaches and restaurants on the gold coast yet you feel secluded when you take a moment to relax on the beautiful poolside deck. The amenities of Sugar Hill are very nice (club pool, restaurant, tennis courts) and security is very good. If you rent this villa please take care of it as we plan to return again and again...
