The five-bedroom masterpiece of island architecture is part of the Platinum Coastal area of the island, and though it is a complete and estate-like destination on its own, visitors are also welcome to enjoy the delights of the Fairmont Pavilion Beach Club. This is an opulent and prestigious site sitting along the golden sands and featuring full food and drink service as well as a long list of amenities and activities.
However, at the heart of this spacious villa is a large pool terrace that includes a full-sized outdoor kitchen and barbecue space with dining area, a full bar with draft beer and ice machine, and, of course, the pool. Flanked with furnished sun decks and lovely gardens, it leads the eye to the sea and landscape beyond. Savor daily sunsets from the lower terrace or upper terrace areas, and even from the spacious bedrooms.
The shared living spaces are unique in that they are on the upper level, allowing a large covered verandah to wrap the entire property. There is a central great room with high ceilings and beautiful décor. Here there are multiple lounges, but tucked discreetly throughout the property are smaller, more intimate lounging and recreational spaces, including a home cinema and a separate TV lounge. There is also a home gym for those who want to keep fit while on holiday.
The gourmet kitchen has room for all to enjoy, there are formal dining spaces inside and out, too.
The bedrooms are all luxurious and private, with the master suite and two additional king suites on the upper level. They all open to their own terraces and feature large and opulent baths. The lower level suites are equally spacious and also feature private baths and terrace access.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
