This makes it a gold coast property that is moments from some of the very best resorts, golfing, dining, shopping and sightseeing. Yet, with its full complement of the household staff, many visitors may not find it appealing to head off the premises.
There is a housekeeping staff, gardeners and the pool team. There is also free use of the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club nearby, which offers chairs, towels, drinks, and food services in an opulent private setting.
Housed indoors, it is covered with a retractable canopy that allows swimmers to be in the sun or the shade, enjoy the stars or protect themselves from cloudy skies. Surrounded by a full pool deck, it is the true heart of the villa. It has a fully furnished surround with sofas and lounges and makes it easy to access the two unique dining areas as well as the second story cocktail lounge that features a deck with sunset views. Visitors will also appreciate dining outdoors at the gazebo, which is also furnished with a kitchen.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
