Villa Coconut Walk is located at Seven Mile Beach on the Cayman Islands and is hidden away on a gated estate with guest services, watersports equipment, and a private pool. This villa has tons of space and can easily accommodate up to 18 guests with seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a powder room. It was redecorated by Design Studio, the premier interior decorators of Grand Cayman, and has been featured in a large number of local magazines.
A vacation at Coconut Walk is unlike any other. A driver will meet you at the airport and take you to the villa in a spacious passenger van with room for lots of luggage. The villa also has connections with several rental car companies if you’d like to have a vehicle placed at the villa before you arrive. Some guests also choose to have the villa stocked with beverages and food before reaching the island.
This is a Spanish-tiled two-story villa that has 7,400 square feet of interior space and another 3,000 square feet of space outdoor near the pool. It offers undercoverand off-street parking for convenience. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, both with two queen beds, a television, and air conditioning. One room has a private bathroom with a bathtub and double vanity. The other bedrooms are upstairs and most have an ensuite bathroom for privacy.
Taking care of the chores doesn’t have to be part of your holiday since Villa Coconut Walk has several staff members. You’ll have a housekeeper on all days except for Sundays and holidays. A pool maintenance person anda gardener will also stop in to make sure everything outdoors is looking great for you. With extras like a library, hammocks, and a sound system, any vacationing group will find this villa a gem for their experience.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
