Located on the desirable north shore between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, this magnificent 9,500 square foot, seven-bedroom home comes with a full staff and desirable onsite amenities, making it the perfect choice for intimate weddings and family gatherings.
Villa Makana is tucked away amid lushly landscaped grounds at the edge of the Caribbean Sea. The outdoor area is beautifully designed to take advantage of the contours of the natural environment. Walk down the stone stairway to discover a private stretch of beach with powdery white sand and turquoise water lapping at the shore. A shaded gazebo is strategically placed on a point jutting into the sea, capturing cooling island breezes and providing glorious views of tropical Jamaican sunsets. The circular outdoor hot tub is surrounded by palm trees, flowering shrubs and tropical vegetation, enhancing the illusion of being immersed in the warm waters of a natural pool. The 36-foot infinity edge swimming pool seems to blend with the waters of the sea. Villa Makana has it all, from a professional sized floodlit tennis court to wellness area for personal massages and an air-conditioned gym with a Bowflex, treadmill and Stairmaster. Take advantage of complimentary snorkel equipment and sea kayaks on the premises, with more water sports available nearby.
Villa Makana is beautifully furnished indoors and out for a memorable Jamaica-style vacation. Enjoy comfortable sofas in the living room, a long dining table and a combination family room/home office with apple computer, printer, telephone and fax. There is wireless Internet throughout. The villa features ten flat screen cable TVs with one in each of the seven bedrooms.
Have your personal chef prepare sumptuous meals in the gourmet kitchen, and ask to be served outdoors in the al fresco dining area. Villa Makana is child-friendly, with adjacent bedrooms and onsite play areas for children.

Puerto Seco Beach – Complimentary to guests on Discovery Bay. Located near the entrance of Fortlands Road (a 10-15 minute walk or 3 minute drive from your villa), is the newest water park & beach club to the North Coast. For various fees, guests may enjoy the large aqua park, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaks & paddleboards. The club hosts a full service bar and restaurant as well as private beach cabanas or sun loungers for rent.
Note: No outside guests are permitted to visit the villa.

Cancellations within 90 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note for Thanksgiving week all payment are non refundable for the following villas: Rio Chico, Lime-Acre, and Sundown. Holidays/Festive Conditions: For cancellations greater than 121 days prior to arrival, 25% of the deposit paid is forfeited. Cancellations within 120 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
