Seaside Villa at Round Hill is a modern vacation villa located in one of the best areas of Montego Bay. It offers accommodations for up to eight guests with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The villa offers brilliant views of the bay and the sea. It is a lush villa with planted gardens and gorgeous architecture for friends and families who want to experience Jamaica.
Guests staying at Seaside Villa have access to a private stretch of beach, two heated pools, a jogging trail, afternoon tea, and use of a fitness center. Other amenities available for an additional fee include a hair salon, spa, kids club, Internet room, beach parties, and cocktail parties. Guests can access tennis courts and golf courses while staying at the villa.
The villa’s entrance takes you over a bridge with pools of water underneath. The main pool area has a dining pavilion and an outdoor terrace where guests can relax. A sitting room is also available with open double door walls. The main villa offers two bedrooms with private bathrooms and access to the gardens. A gourmet kitchen and a dining room with carved wood paneling are also available.
The cottage outside the villa offers two additional bedrooms and an extra dose of privacy. Each of the bedrooms here has a private terrace, an indoor-outdoor bath and shower, and excellent views of the sea. This space is perfect for a couple or a small family who want to have extra room for themselves.
Several staff members are available to create the perfect vacation. There is an on-call property manager, a pool maintenance person, and a butler. A housekeeper visits most days of the week and a trained chef can create delicious meals for the group three times a day. Those looking for somewhere special to enjoy Jamaica are likely to find it here.
Round Hill Membership: Round Hill offers a beach, pool, chaise lounges, towels, jogging trail, gift shop, logo shop, library with computer, bar, afternoon tea, Wednesday Manager's Cocktail Party, tennis courts, and unforgettable long sunsets from the waterfront terrace. For additional charges, members may enjoy the spa, Pineapple Kids Club, fitness center, salon, a range of water sports, and beach parties. Internet access is $22 per day for up to 3 devices. This may be paid at reception. The internet service can be upgraded to Premium (faster speed) for $33 per day for up to 3 devices.
Please Note: Round Hill membership is guaranteed for guests traveling through November 30, 2023. The resort will be closed from September 6 to October 6, 2023.
The Tryall Club Membership: complimentary beach, pickle ball, tennis, gym, pool, Hummingbird Kids Club, non-motorized water sports, Internet room, Usain Bolt Games Room for all ages, jogging trail, afternoon tea & Manager's Cocktail Party every Monday night. For various fees: golf, tennis lessons, Happy Hour, hair salon & spa, bars & restaurants, boutique, motorized water sports & Reggae Night on the Beach Thursday night.
The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee of US$130 (plus a 15% service charge) per week for each guest 16 years and over, or US$26 (plus a 15% service charge) per day per person for stays of less than 7 days.

Cancellations within 60 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Thanksgiving Conditions: For cancellations greater than 91 days prior to arrival, 25% of the deposit paid is forfeited. Cancellations within 90 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note for Thanksgiving week all payment are non refundable for the following villas: Rio Chico, Lime-Acre, and Sundown. Holidays/Festive Conditions: For cancellations greater than 121 days prior to arrival, 25% of the deposit paid is forfeited. Cancellations within 120 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
