Set on its own stretch of private sandy beach in the exclusive community of Runaway Bay, Breakaway Villa is a spacious seven-bedroom waterfront estate designed for seamless indoor–outdoor living. With a central open-air atrium that invites natural light and ocean breezes inside, the villa offers a relaxed yet luxurious atmosphere ideal for families and large groups.
From the moment you enter through the grand doors and look out toward the sea, Breakaway delivers a sense of openness and tranquility. Multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas are thoughtfully arranged for gathering, dining, entertaining, or simply unwinding in comfort.
Outdoors, the villa truly shines. A 35-foot swimming pool and adjacent heated Jacuzzi overlook the private beach, complete with loungers, hammocks, and a shaded gazebo. An outdoor shower adds convenience after ocean swims, while the modern outdoor kitchen and grill station create the perfect setting for alfresco dining. A covered lounge with a full bar, pickleball court, and basketball hoop provide additional spaces for recreation and socializing.
Guests enjoy full staffing, including a private chef, butler, housekeepers, laundress, and gardener, ensuring a fully serviced and effortless stay. Two double kayaks, snorkels, fins, and life vests are available for exploring the calm waters just offshore.
Inside, the villa offers refined comfort and entertainment at every turn. Highlights include a games room with pool table, an air-conditioned media room with an 80” flat-screen TV, an upstairs snug/lounge area, and a fully equipped air-conditioned gym. Wireless internet and satellite television are available throughout the property, with TVs in every bedroom.
Bedrooms 1 through 6 feature air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat-screen TVs, sea views, en-suite bathrooms with robes and amenities, and in-room safes. Bedroom 7 includes two sets of bunk beds, making it ideal for children; it shares a bathroom with another bedroom. Complimentary baby equipment—including a crib, pack & play, and highchair—is provided, and a full generator backup ensures uninterrupted comfort.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
