Villa Whispering Waters on Jamaica is a magnificent seven-bedroom estate situated right on a private coral cove of Discovery Bay. Step onto the grounds and experience the awe of nature that Columbus must have felt when he arrived at this spot on the between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios.
Designed to accommodate 14 guests, this outstanding villa with its own private beach is the ideal backdrop for an amazing destination wedding reception. The centerpiece of the outdoor area is an impressive waterfall pool and adjoining Jacuzzi hot tub surrounded by a pool deck and lush tropical landscaping. Welcome the day with breakfast outdoors in the thatch roof gazebo overlooking crystalline bay waters, or dine with friends at the long dining tables indoors and out. Upon request, the staff will prepare a magical torch lit beach party of fresh caught fish, lobster and chicken grilled to perfection.
Cross the manicured lawn and take the stepping stones down to the sandy beach for a day of sun and fun in the surf where you will find complimentary kayaks and snorkel gear for your enjoyment. The interior of Villa Whispering Waters is replete with silks, original art and island colors that set the mood for a carefree tropical vacation. Lime greens, cushioned rattan furniture, bamboo ceilings and lazy fans are offset by gleaming wood and imported stone flooring. Throw open the French doors of the great room and relax on the furnished verandah outfitted with an outdoor bar and water views.
Villa Whispering Waters has every amenity for a relaxing tropical getaway, including an air-conditioned gym and a tennis court. Take advantage of modern electronics, including a computer, WiFi Internet, a CD and DVD player and cable TV. Outdoor speakers blend music with the sounds of the island. A full staff including a cook, a butler, a housekeeper, a laundress and a gardener will assist you during your stay.

- Puerto Seco Beach – Complimentary to guests on Discovery Bay. Located near the entrance of Fortlands Road (a 10-15 minute walk or 3 minute drive from your villa), is the newest water park & beach club to the North Coast. For various fees, guests may enjoy the large aqua park, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaks & paddleboards. The club hosts a full service bar and restaurant as well as private beach cabanas or sun loungers for rent.
- Maximum desired occupancy: 14 guests.
- A surcharge of $100 per person per night will apply to each approved additional guest in excess of double occupancy per bedroom.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Rental rates:
The villa requires seven nights minimum rental of villa at the full house rental rates. A $15 per person surcharge applies to outside guests (in excess of double occupancy per bedroom) who attend a rehearsal dinner, the wedding reception, brunch, or any other hospitality event at the wedding villa.

Clients are also required to hire outside caterers as well as rent chairs, tables, tents, glasses, cutlery, and crockery.
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. If extra guests require accommodations, we recommend the rental of neighboring "sister" villas. For "sister" villas where additional guests are accommodated, there is a seven-night minimum in High Season and a five-night minimum in Low Season. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with a Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner.
