Stretching across a distance of 17,223 sq. ft., the Ananda villa is suitable for large groups of people or extended families. Indeed, with its eight bedrooms (each with an adjoining ensuite bathroom), this property is suited for up to 16 guests at a time. Children are welcome in the villa, as well, which is another reason it’s great for families to visit.
This villa is located in the Punta Cana Resort, which is a world-famous resort that features modern and comfortable ocean views, as well as a lauded reputation that is well-received throughout the entire Caribbean area. You don’t have to worry overly much about the weather, as sunny days abound at the Ananda villa, and the eternal sunshine is only made more enjoyable by the inclusion of the constant Caribbean breeze, lush and fragrant evergreen trees and palm trees, as well as pure, crystalline water that is there for you to dive right into. When it comes to visuals, the Ananda offers sights that would look natural on a postcard.
If you’re looking for a picture-perfect location that exudes the idea of calm, serenity, and experiencing the vacation at your own pace, then you’ve found it. You can embrace all of these elements when you stay in this villa, which is part of the exclusive gated community of the Punta Cana Resort. Spend time on the on-site golf courts, sightseeing, or trying to find the perfect location from which you can see the breathtaking sunsets you’ll only ever experience in the Caribbean.
This villa is also home to a large swimming pool meaning that you can while away your afternoons swimming laps or even lounging around the pool and getting a nice tan (make sure to wear sunscreen, of course)! There’s also an outside professional kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you can imagine necessary, meaning that every day of your vacation can be an outdoor BBQ and pool party if that’s what you desire.
Or, if you’re more on the quiet side and you wish to rejuvenate yourself with lots of naps, solitude, and peace, check out the large terrace that attached to the main building and set yourself up in a lounger – from there, listen to the ebb and flow of the nearby ocean and let it lull you to sleep.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 60 days prior to arrival, US$1000.00 is forfeited. Cancellation within 59 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all reservations between Dec 18 - Jan 10, Easter week, Thanksgiving week and Presidents' Day week are 100% non-refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
