This villa quite literally sits directly on the shore of the Caribbean, and as part of the Punta Cana Resort & Club, it provides visitors with a boat deck of their own if needed. Stepping from the deck on to the grounds of your villa, you see that a tremendous amount of thought has gone into the landscape design and the layout of the property. A large and elegant pool deck greets you and is balanced out nicely by an array of lounge spaces. An open terrace as well as a covered terrace lead you to varied living spaces that incorporate the al fresco dining area, the exterior living room, and the shaded bar.
As you leave the exterior and head indoors you encounter a massive living room with banquet sofa, a formal dining room, a media room, and the luxurious gourmet kitchen. Each of these spaces has been crafted to capture the cool sea breezes and feature high ceilings, neutral palettes and wonderful decor.
The five bedrooms are a perfect match to the quality of the shared living spaces, as they offer en suite bathrooms, access to outdoor living spaces and terraces, TVs, sitting areas and more.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 60 days prior to arrival, US$1000.00 is forfeited. Cancellation within 59 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all reservations between Dec 18 - Jan 10, Easter week, Thanksgiving week and Presidents' Day week are 100% non-refundable.

- Holiday Minimum Length of Stay- The villa will accept a 7 night stay over Christmas with a December 26th departure. For stays over New Years eve, the villa may require a 12-14 night minimum. If Christmas week has been reserved then the villa will accept a 7 night stay over New Years. If traveling within 90 days, please contact us for waivers.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
