Villa Prana (PRN) is one of two new villas built in Anse de Cayes, St. Barts. It’s similar to the other luxury property, Villa Greenheart, and larger groups can rent both of the villas at once to offer accommodations for up to 12 guests. Villa Prana can also be rented on its own for smaller groups of friends and family of up to six adults and children. The luxury villa features a serene environment to enjoy a tropical experience to make lifelong memories.
All three of the bedrooms at Villa Prana have their own personality for guests with different styles. One offers a view of the ocean, while the second looks out over the patio, and the third features more privacy due to its location on the lower level. All of the rooms feature lamps of natural fibers and patterned textiles in a variety of colors. Two come with king beds, while the other has two twin beds that can be converted into a third king. Every bedroom has several entertainment options and comes with an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious shower.
Villa Prana is made up of luxurious materials like natural wood and features high ceilings. The living room comes with a ceiling fan, a massive sectional sofa, and an entertainment area with a flatscreen television, a Sonos sound system, Dish Network, and Canal Satellite. It opens up into a sunny kitchen with all the needed appliances for cooking for a crowd. The indoor dining area is right next door and seats up to eight people at once.
Guests at the villa will also have access to a fitness area with a stationary bike, a treadmill, a yoga mat, and free weights. The terrace area also boasts a gas grill, a heated pool, sunbeds, and another sound system. The villa features many amenities for anyone looking to spend time in St. Barts.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
