The villa is outfitted with two spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. It is created with lots of shared space and can accommodate up to four guests of all ages. One of the best features of the villa is the outdoor area, where guests can cool off in a large infinity-edge pool.
Guests can choose concierge services to have the villa ready for them when they show up. Rental equipment like kayaks and paddleboards are available, as well as pre-stocking of the estate, chef and catering services, and booked excursions for those who want to know more about the culture and history of St Barts.
At the end of the night, guests can visit their spacious bedrooms to enjoy a great night’s sleep. Each of them is equipped with a comfortable king bed, a dressing room, and a private bathroom with a vanity and shower. Each of the rooms comes with a personal safe and offers outstanding views of the ocean.
While you relax at your private villa, staff will take care of keeping the place neat and clean. You will have a pool person to maintain the water and a housekeeper who stops in to clean up on all days except holidays and Sundays. Guests can also reach the Villa JSA on-call property manager with questions and concerns.
The outside of the villa is just as beautiful as the inside. There are several lounges near the pool, as well as sofas and chairs on a covered terrace. The villa also offers an al fresco dining area for enjoying meals while looking out over the water. The inside also offers extras like an arcade game, several televisions, and wireless Internet access.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
