The focal point of the property is easily its amazing pool area. An expansive infinity-edge pool leads the eye out to the scenery, and is framed by a soothing stone terrace. At one end, an al fresco living room and lounge area along with a barbecue and dining area. This is all framed by a unique half wall, and the terrace itself opens into the gorgeous great room.
Stretching for a majority of the terrace, the glass doors of the great room ensure that the lines between interior and exterior spaces are blurred. The pale palette that emphasizes white and natural wood also furthers this theme, and the great room includes a contemporary but welcoming living room area, a large and comfortable dining suite, and the wonderful, modern kitchen. Fully-equipped, the kitchen is a gem due to its open floor plan that incorporates a handy breakfast bar into the work area, and also allows you to prepare meals while savoring the scenery.
The four bedrooms are divided between the upper and lower levels. Three are on the main floor and face out towards the sea. They all have wonderful views of the bay and offer premium entertainment systems, WiFi and sitting or work areas. They are all queen or king suites with ensuite baths, and the downstairs suite opens to the garden and has a kitchenette. The master suite on the upper level also has a private garden terrace view and a kitchenette.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
