Hummingbird Villa on St. Lucia is a Caribbean style three bedroom, three bathroom house tastefully renovated and refurbished in 1999. The villa enjoys a hillside site with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and Rodney Bay, as well as wonderful breezes from the Atlantic Ocean.
There is an open-plan kitchen, sitting/dining area. The kitchen has louver shutters opening to the view. The living/dining area, with two ceiling fans, has louver doors opening onto a series of patios, all of which are built of natural wood and are situated around and within a flamboyant tree giving the feeling of a "treehouse" and creating a most attractive and relaxing atmosphere.
The "treehouse" patio has a bridge that leads to the swimming pool, which is surrounded by colorful bougainvillea and tropical plants. There are two double bedrooms on the main living level. Bedroom 1 has two single beds that can be made into a king size bed, with louver windows that look out towards the flamboyant tree. There is a shower room off of this bedroom. Bedroom 2 has a four poster queen size bed with an en suite shower room. This bedroom has a door that leads to the swimming pool and sun deck.
The double master bedroom is at an elevated level. It has a queen size four poster bed and an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower. There is also a private patio off of the bedroom which enjoys a fabulous view all of its own.
All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and mosquito nets.
The rental rates include: Welcome upon arrival and villa orientation, housekeeping and cooking service 6 days per week (8.30am > 3.30pm), and gardener 3 times weekly, villa manager on call and utilities (water, electricity, BBQ gas / charcoal, WiFi Internet coverage). Provision and staff gratuities are not included.
Getting to the Villa: A driver will meet the guests at the airport and drive them to the villa (additional cost). For guests that have a pre-arranged rental car vehicle, it will be delivered to the villa. For further details and rates, please contact our St Lucia Specialist.

For new bookings, the property manager is modifying the booking policy as follows:
~ 30% deposit
~ Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Holidays: Balance due 90 days prior to arrival
For new bookings, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows:
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 30 days prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited or kept as a credit for travel to the same villa within 12 months from original arrival date.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 30 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited or kept as a credit for travel to the same villa within 12 months from original arrival date.
If at any time up to and including the day of arrival anyone in the traveling party contracts COVID-19, guests will be granted a full refund less US$250.00 admin fee on presentation of a doctor’s certificate.
Christmas & New Year’s Bookings: All payments are nonrefundable.
In all cases, with the NEW Relaxed Covid-19 Policy: The Property Manager will have the right to give 14 days notice to all bookings made under this relaxed policy, of this policy reverting to a more strict cancellation policy. This will then give the guests 14 days to exercise flexibility to cancel for a full refund or to keep their booking under the new terms.
