Bella Vista is the vacation home of an American family from Atlanta, Georgia. The family has vacationed all over the Caribbean but fell in love with St. Lucia.
Bella Vista truly lives up to it's name, enjoy stunning panoramic views out over Cap Estate, Rodney Bay and out to the Caribeean Sea. The villa has three equally-sized bedrooms, each a with private bathroom. Located in the internationally known development of Cap Estate, Bella Vista has georgous views of Pigeon Point and the Caribbean. At night, the lights of Gros Islet sparkle and dance before your eyes. Located nearby are resorts and spas to make your trip as relaxing or active as you want it to be.
Villa Bella Vista enjoys many amenities including access to the St. Lucian Golf & Country Club and, through our property manager, all of the concierge services you would expect from a first-class resort.

Final Payment due 45 days prior to arrival.
All bookings will be able to get a full refund or credit up to 45 days prior to arrival if the situation remains as it is today. This severe FCO and CDC travel advisories and restrictions on travel. Inside 45 days prior to arrival guests would not be given refunds, but are granted credit for a stay within 12 months in the same home. If at any time up to and including the day of arrival anyone in the traveling party contracts COVID-19, guests will be granted a full refund on presentation of a doctor’s certificate.
Christmas & New Year’s Bookings: All payments are nonrefundable.
In all cases, with the NEW Relaxed Covid-19 Policy: The Property Manager will have the right to give 14 days notice to all bookings made under this relaxed policy, of this policy reverting to a more strict cancellation policy. This will then give the guests 14 days to exercise flexibility to cancel for a full refund or to keep their booking under the new terms.
