Set on a scenic hilltop in the prestigious Cap Estate on St. Lucia, the Villa Cadasse offers scenery, privacy and luxury. Though tucked into the Windward Hills area of the island, the four-bedroom villa is wrapped in estate-like grounds and offers you uninterrupted views of Pigeon Point and both the Atlantic and Caribbean seas.

Designed to make the very most of the setting, the villa provides a large number of indoor and outdoor living spaces, with enormous windows and doors ensuring that lines between the two worlds is a bit blurred. Savor delicious breezes from the interiors and relax in total seclusion and comfort while enjoying the scenery from the pool, terraces and verandah.

The pool terrace is a true destination offering a separate Jacuzzi as well as the oval pool that gazes out to the scenery. Nearby is the sun deck that stretches the length of the villa and also allows you to take in the amazing views in the comfort of sun beds and lounge areas. The verandah is also going to be a preferred locale with its cozy chaise lounges and casual dining niche.

Just steps in from the verandah and sun deck area is the enormous great room. High white ceilings, cool stone floors and furnishings that are the epitome of island casual make this a wonderful spot for formal dining or relaxing in the living room. The full-sized, gourmet kitchen is just off the great room, and you will enjoy your daily continental breakfasts here as well as further services from your cook if you wish.

The three bedrooms are divided between the two floors of the villa with a master suite on the upper floor. It has a private terrace and large ensuite bath. The two lower floor bedrooms offer dual twins or a single, and each is ensuite with private terraces or garden views.

Ideal for a family, the Villa Cadasse will ensure privacy and luxury just minutes from it all.

Villa Cadasse can be rented with the neighboring property, Orchid Cottage creating a 4 bedroom villa.

The rental rates include: Welcome upon arrival and villa orientation, housekeeping and cook service 6 times per week from 9am to 3pm, pool service & gardener regularly, villa manager on call and utilities (water, electricity, BBQ gas / charcoal , WiFi internet coverage).  Provisions and staff gratuities are not included in the rates.

Getting to the villa: A driver will meet the guests at the airport and drive them to the villa (additional cost). For guests that have a pre-arranged rental vehicle, it will be delivered to the villa.  For further details and rates, please contact our St Lucia Specialist.

Villa Cadasse in Saint Lucia was a dream! The villa was beautiful inside and out! Accommodations were comfortable, the villa clean and spotless, the grounds beautiful and the pool/hot tub overlooking the view were my favourite part. The villa was very safe and secure and the entire process from booking until arrival including concierge service and villa orientation was outstanding. Highly recommend!

This was my first experience booking a villa through Isle Blue and am extremely pleased with the service. The villa selection was amazing and the villa we selected in St. Lucia was phenomenal. The services offered, staff on the property, experiences available as well as the concierge service made the entire process so smooth and easy. I will be booking another villa with Isle Blue very soon!

The villa was incredibly comfortable with three large bedrooms that each had an ensuite bathroom, which was very nice for additional privacy. We loved that the bedrooms had air-conditioning, which we used at night. Our housekeeper, Sherma, provided fresh sheets and towels frequently for us and also prepared a delicious breakfast and lunch for us each day. She swept up in each room every day and threw out the trash in the bathrooms, so it was just like being at a hotel. She was very helpful, and purchased fresh fish then grilled it for us.

We loved having multiple areas to sit, to either have meals or read and lounge. The TV area was great too, so we could watch a program if we wanted to stop admiring the beauty around us. We have two young girls, 3 years and 1.5 years old, and there were many lovely decorations that we had to immediately put away as well as cutlery and glassware from the kitchen as they were in low places and therefore, easy to reach.

Our first impression of the villa as we walked through the front door was "WOW - Look at the view"!!!! The views through the large kitchen windows, dining area French doors and sitting area French doors was spectacular. The whole living area could be opened up to the trade winds making the villa very comfortable during the day. We loved the spaciousness and openness. The villa front terrace was huge and faces the Atlantic Ocean and always had a pleasant breeze. There was also a patio in the pool area that afforded shade throughout the day.
Upstairs master bedroom suite also had a balcony that was covered with views of the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean. Master bedroom was huge with a walk in closet and bathroom had a walk-in shower. The two bedrooms downstairs were good size and had their own outside patio that paled in comparison to the upstairs outside areas. If you like hard beds you will love the beds.
The kitchen was well stocked with everything Sherma needed to cook her fantastic meals. She has a sheet of suggested meals and items she can prepare. She was a joy to be around and went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. Brian the handyman kept the pools and outside areas clean and was very friendly too. He also went out of his way to be truly helpful to us.
We rented a car for the week. The road system leaves a lot to be desired as they are still trying to recuperate from Hurricane Thomas 3 years ago. Any road other than the main road was bumpy and had pot holes and sometimes not even paved. We did not feel comfortable driving at night. Food that is not native to the island is very expensive. Don't forget to pick up your Super J Loyalty Card. It will save you some money. Piton Beer and Bounty Rum (made on the island) are very good! Pigeon Island Reserve & Beach, Rodney Bay Beach and Cas-en-bas Beach were all close to the villa.

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Are we protected from fraud? click to open
Yes. Isle Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.

Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Staff section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.
Are towels and linens provided? click to open
Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
Is a hair dryer available? click to open
A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.
