Minutes from a world-class golf course and just a short distance to town, it might also serve as your only destination during your luxury villa vacation.
Because of its stunning setting, this villa really makes the most of outdoor living spaces. You will see this immediately as you step out to the pool terrace. Grand and spacious, it offers an elegantly shaped, infinity-edge pool that is framed by a stone verandah and a small sun deck. With a Jacuzzi at one end, the verandah also features an al fresco dining area and several lounging spots.
It is steps down from the upper verandah, which leads you into the grand and opulent great room. With a very formal black and white palette, the high white ceilings, cool marble floors (with a black and white design) and contemporary furnishings create a stunning setting from which to savor the views. You will find a formal living room, bar, and dining room within this space, and it also opens into the gourmet kitchen.
Though your stay comes with the services of a cook for some of your meals, you will also want to roll up your sleeves and enjoy using this fully-equipped and scenic space. Nearby, the home theater is also a fantastic space to gather.
The villa has been divided into two structures, with the main villa housing most of the shared living spaces and bedrooms. A small cottage contains a king suite with amazing views and a large, luxury bathroom. The master suite is in the villa and offers a king bed and en-suite bath, while the remaining suites are also king suites with sea views and private baths.
Ideal for a group of discerning travelers, the Cayman Villa is one not to be missed.
The rental rates include: Welcome upon arrival and villa orientation, housekeeping service 6 times per week (8.30am to 3.30pm), caretaker, villa manager on call and utilities (water, electricity, BBQ gas/charcoal, WiFi Internet coverage). Provision and staff gratuities are not included.

- Reservation deposit is 30%. Full balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 60 days prior to arrival, 15% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made within 59 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. All Christmas, New Years and Easter reservations are non-refundable. In the case of border closures, from either the guest’s country of origin or the destination (St Lucia), one (1) date change will be accommodate once the balance of the booking has been fully paid.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
