Villa Xhale St Lucia. Villa Xhale St. Lucia is a five-star accommodation with a stunning sea view. It’s beyond luxurious, with stunning stonework, an infinity pool, fire pit and other amenities, tucked away amidst tropical flora, redolent of ocean air, and beyond soothing with the sound of waves rolling softly onto the beach.
At Villa St. Lucia, you’ll find four bedrooms, each with a private balcony and en suite bath. You can relax by the pool out in the open or under an enclosed terrace, and when you get hungry, you can make a meal on the outdoor grill and enjoy it al fresco, or make use of the gourmet kitchen.
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted at the airport, driven to the villa, and given an orientation tour. If you have chosen to rent a car for use throughout your vacation, it will be on site. During your stay, you’ll benefit from daily housekeeping service, a gardener, and a manager on call.
Staff gratuities will be pre-paid, so you don’t have to deal with that during your stay. Everything will be provided for you, except groceries and other typical provisions. Check-in is at 3 pm, and check-out is at noon.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 31 days prior to arrival, US$250.00 is forfeited. For cancellation between 30 to 15 days of arrival, 55% of gross rental is forfeited. Cancellation 14 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
