Thoughtfully designed to embrace its surroundings, the villa’s main living level features an elegant open-plan layout centered around an air-conditioned living room, a formal dining area for eight, and a stylish breakfast bar—all oriented toward the sea. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, and adjoining laundry room ensure effortless comfort for extended stays.

The villa offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each air-conditioned and with a bathroom, providing comfort and flexibility for families or groups of friends. Two master suites with king beds enjoy the most spectacular sea views, enhanced by private balconies accessed through French doors and dramatic vaulted-beam ceilings that define the home’s architectural character. A third bedroom features twin beds that can be converted into a king, while a fourth queen bedroom is set within a self-contained apartment on the pool deck—ideal for larger groups (please note this space is included for bookings of seven or more guests).

Outdoors, a private swimming pool is nestled within lush tropical gardens, complemented by a spacious terrace and bar designed for alfresco dining and relaxed lounging, all framed by unforgettable views.Pool Amenities: The pool area includes sun loungers, umbrellas for shade, and an inviting outdoor dining area perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

Le Soleil Couchant is supported by a dedicated housekeeping team (five days per week), along with a weekly gardener and twice-weekly pool maintenance. Just a ten-minute drive away, Rodney Bay offers a vibrant marina, restaurants, and nightlife.
