Villa C'est La Vie provides six luxurious bedrooms, making it the perfect choice for a group of friends traveling together or a large family. The design of the villa is dramatic angles and curves, enhanced by organic elements like warm wood decking, gleaming metal tables and a cascading glass chandelier. The feeling is that of expansive living spaces with gorgeous views of the turquoise Caribbean visible through a wall of windows. A personal chef is available to prepare wonderful meals for you to be served poolside under a protected portico, or in the cool comfort of the dining area.
Bedrooms feature ensuite baths and are arranged within the estate for privacy and comfort. The master bedroom features a glorious sea view and a king sized bed. Three additional bedrooms surround the expansive outdoor terrace, and two bedrooms are situated above the living area and provide indoor access.
Unquestionably, the outdoor areas are the focus of the lifestyle at Villa C'est La Vie. The entire villa opens to an expansive beachside deck featuring a beautifully designed heated swimming pool with a Jacuzzi and a pool bar. Enjoy soft island breezes as you relax poolside on hammocks and comfortable lounge chairs. The dramatic fire pits and on-beach sofas are the ideal place to relax with a drink before dinner and view amazing St. Martin sunsets. The white sand and blue waters of the beach are just steps away. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Rental rates:
The villa requires a one week minimum rental of the villa at the regular rental rates. The event fee is an additional fee required to hold an event at the villa.
The event fee is: $30000
Refundable security deposit: $10000
Post Cleaning: $1000

Terms and conditions:
The villa must be booked for 7 nights minimum and to its full capacity only. Additional to 7 nights rental, an event fee + security deposit. Special promotion or discount cannot be applied. The event fee is charged per event (one day event). The owners would not accept more than 2 pax per bedroom and on the property except on the event day. The guests would be responsible to clean the villa after the event. Check-in day cannot be on the event day & Check-out day cannot be the day right after the event. Any catering company/private chef and wedding planner must be approved by the TPI to organize any event on our properties. In case of any damage caused by anyone during the stay (guests, chef, wedding planner, et al), the clients would be fully responsible for it. The cleaning company selected by our agency will be mandatory for the post-cleaning of the event, at the charge of the client.
