The Casa Barana Beach Villa is a Tuscan-style, modern beachfront villa with six bedrooms. It’s located within the private gated community of Thompsons Cove and boasts 135 feet of oceanfront enjoyment. The west wing offers five spacious ensuite bedrooms. The master suite comes with a refrigerator, a bar sink, and a patio with one of the best views imaginable. Next to the master bedroom is another large room with two twin beds for children.
Casa Barana offers a spacious deck area upstairs that overlooks the entire property, including the gorgeous beach. There are three bedrooms on the main level and each has its own entrance, a patio, and an ensuite bathroom. The east wing of the villa includes a professional kitchen, an ensuite bathroom, a great room, a large dining room, a powder room, and a laundry room that leads outside to a luxury natural shower. Guests will also have access to extras like a wine cooler, microwave, and alfresco dining area.
The great room is spacious and has room for the entire family or group of friends to watch television or sharing drinks. All of the bedrooms also include satellite television. When stepping outside, there is a large courtyard that offers many seating options near the jacuzzi and pool, as well as a barbeque for guests who want to make their own meals. The property also offers two acres of grounds, including many fruit trees and lush gardens to explore.
Casa Barana includes 4,000 square feet of space inside and 2,000 on the courtyard. Other amenities including a security system, beach umbrellas, beach toys, and a Nespresso machine. Some of the possibilities include snorkeling to enjoy the sea life, taking out a kayak, or walking down to the beach for dining or entertainment. Guests can also relax knowing a pool person, housekeeper, and on-call property manager are available whenever needed.

Note:
Air conditioning metered and charged at market rate + 12% tax. Approximate costs vary per usage and time of year. During the summer months, the cost may range from $550 to $800 per week. In the cooler months, the cost may range from $250-500 per week.
One midweek is included for free for a 7-night stay and cleaning can be arranged for an aditional fee if less than 7 nights stay.
