Welcome to Villa Alexis, located in Sunny Bay Estates, Turks & Caicos. Villa Alexis is a magnificent 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom vacation home. Each room is bathed in natural light and offers spectacular waterfront views. As you enter, you'll be welcomed by a spacious open-concept kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen seamlessly flows into the expansive living room, featuring a 55" flat-screen TV. The best part of this space is the panoramic ocean views that can be enjoyed from every angle. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open up to the covered and sun decks, inviting you to grill, dine, or simply relax while enjoying your favorite music on the surround sound system.
On the main floor, you'll find a spacious ground-level master suite with a generous master bathroom and a king bed. Down the hallway, there is a guest bedroom with a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, and walk-in showers.
Heading up two flights of stairs, you'll discover the third guest bedroom. This room features two queen beds, a private sundeck with seating, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. Just across the hallway is the master suite, which truly takes center stage in this villa. Upon entering through double doors, you'll find a spacious closet and a full-length mirror to your left. To your right, a 200-square-foot bathroom awaits, complete with a luxurious standalone tub as its centerpiece. The master suite also includes his and her sinks, a spacious walk-in shower, and a toilet with a bidet. Continuing past the master bathroom, you'll find the master bedroom with a king bed. Glass sliding doors open up to the master suite's private deck, adorned with chaise lounges and offering breathtaking elevated views of Silly Creek.

The property has a 500 kW/hr per week power allowance. This translates to roughly $300 worth of power a week. AC usage is not metered separately.
