The covered terrace with cushioned seating is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the gentle breeze.
Just steps away from the pool patio, you'll find a waterfront lounge deck and a small beach area furnished with sun recliners. Feel free to explore the surroundings by jumping into the villa's kayak or paddleboard, perfect for adventures on the water.
The fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar were designed with mornings in mind. Whether you prefer a simple coffee with a view or wish to create something amazing, you'll have access to a range of amenities, including a Nespresso machine, French press coffee maker, blender, juicer, waffle iron, and wine fridge.
As the evening approaches, fire up the BBQ and prepare an island-inspired seafood meal, unwind in the outdoor hot tub, or gather around the fire pit for delightful conversations. Take in the vibrant sunset of Turks and Caicos and marvel at the starry sky above.
For your entertainment, Sunset Close Villa offers modern technology. The air-conditioned theater boasts a 60" Smart TV, DVD selection, Wii, and indoor and outdoor Bluetooth speakers. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with Smart TVs, cable television, Wi-Fi, and a mobile phone for local calls.
The two master bedrooms feature walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms with custom-built vanities, floor-to-ceiling tiled showers, and soaking tubs. Sliding glass doors lead to patios or balconies, providing captivating views. Open the doors and let the gentle trade winds fill the rooms. Three bedrooms offer king-size beds, while the fourth bedroom has two extra-long twin beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request. Sunset Close Villa is located next to the Chalk Sound National Park, renowned for its exceptional blue waters and tiny craggy islands. The popular Las Brisas restaurant, perched on the edge of the Sound, offers a perfect place to indulge in the view while enjoying a meal.
