The ground floor boasts an open-concept living and dining area, complemented by a chef’s kitchen outfitted with state-of-the-art appliances and a large island—perfect for hosting family gatherings overlooking the elegant great room. High ceilings and floor-to-ceiling, slim-framed glass windows provide sweeping views of Grace Bay Beach. This level also includes a serene garden-view king-bedded ensuite bedroom, a media room equipped with a ping-pong table and card table, a powder room, laundry room, and a private office.
The upper floor features a spacious primary ocean-view suite with an ensuite bathroom that includes a soaking tub, double vanity, and an outdoor shower. The suite also boasts a private terrace with a second outdoor shower and a wet bar, ideal for entertaining. Three additional king-bedded ensuite bedrooms offer stunning ocean views and feature bathrooms with outdoor showers. Two of these bedrooms can be converted from king to twin-bed setups, offering flexible sleeping arrangements.
