A three-story structure, it uses European design along with cheerful red accents and roofing, garnering its picturesque and colorful name. Paprika red splashes of color serve as perfect counterpoints to the marble, stone and stucco that creates the rest of the setting. From the front entrance, you make your way through to the great room area. Here, you will appreciate the high ceilings, the arched doors, and the graceful lines of the large living room, the formal dining area, the breakfast bar, and the impressively modern kitchen.
A large, and elegant stair leads to the second level where sitting niches and enormous windows bring in the scenery and sea air. Another flight up leads to another bedroom and still more seating. Each floor also features outdoor seating and lounging. The main level is where you find your portico. Here, an al fresco dining spot gazes out towards the sea and your private, raised terrace. The portico also incorporates your private swimming pool terrace with gazebo dining spot.
Follow the wooden walkway to your two elevated sun decks or continue on to the beach. Entirely private beachfront makes this your idyllic Caribbean retreat.
All five of the bedrooms are master suits. One is on the main floor with direct patio access, three are on the second floor with private balconies offering sea views. The final suite is on the uppermost floor with a balcony and sea views. All have large, private ensuite baths.
