Aqua Verde is so named because all one sees from the villa is a green jungle and blue water. This gorgeous beachfront villa on the world-renowned Grace Bay offers the highest in luxury comfort, views, and privacy. Take a walk down a sandy path through Caribbean palms and emerge on the white sand beaches of Grace Bay without running into a single soul. Get as close to the natural elements as luxury allows at Aqua Verde, Grace Bay—the number one beach in the world.
This three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath villa is two stories with surprises for the eye at every turn. A straightforward color scheme of black and white with sea blues and greens promotes a subdued atmosphere that is enhanced by stylish light fixtures and accent tiles in the kitchen and bathroom areas. Bold centerpieces like the striped living room rug and a marble kitchen island also offset the gray and navy blue that grounds the main floor, pool terrace, and upstairs balcony. The main living space is otherwise all white to accent the driftwood entertainment piece, a framed abstract of some palms, and the stunning views of Grace Bay.
One king-sized bedroom has access to the terrace, while the other two bedrooms have access to private gardens. Both king bedrooms have televisions that retract into foot-board units to keep the view unobscured while not in use. The third bedroom has two single beds and a wall-mounted flat-screen with a sound bar. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom to ensure privacy and convenience. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are also installed in each room to ensure comfort throughout the seasons.
Further comfort can be found at the beach only a short walk down the sandy path through the garden. Complimentary kayaks, SUPs, and snorkeling gear may also be utilized in the fine Caribbean waters. For those preferring music and a shaded sofa swing to escape to with a glass of something chilled, a large pool (with poolside terrace and lounge chairs) stretches off the back veranda. The veranda maintains ample outdoor lounge seating. Further outdoor seating includes lounge chairs with parasols on the beach, a patio set around a fire feature on the balcony, and an alfresco dining table on the second-floor veranda.
