Villa Beach Kandi is a fitting name for this waterfront villa along popular Grace Bay on Turks & Caicos. The two-bedroom beach villa puts you just steps from the flawless Caribbean waters and is a modern and luxurious property ideal for a family, a couple, or a group of discerning travelers. Set along the northeastern coastal area of the island, it is close to major shopping and dining areas, in addition to some of the most sheltered and beautiful beaches. However, as the property is so private and appealing, many will find it hard to tear themselves away from its comforts and amenities.
A modern design, it is a two-story masterpiece of contemporary architecture. It features upper and lower level bedrooms at one end of the property and a shared living space at the other. This all gazes out at the pool terrace, which itself opens directly to the sands. The pool area is furnished as an outdoor living room with an oversized sunbed on the sands, two stylish lounges on the front area of the pool terrace, and a barbecue area and al fresco dining space close to the entrance to the villa’s great room. Nearby is another oversized lounge with banquette sofa tucked beneath your own swaying palm.
Step into the enormous door and into the great room. Here you discover the beauty of contemporary design thanks to the use of natural wood and stone, unique furnishings, and all of the natural light from outside. The great room’s high wooden ceilings and numerous windows help to bring the fresh air inside and capture the views. There is a unique living room space at the entry along with an entertainment system that slides up and out of the way when not in use. Nearby, the modern dining table is just steps from the breakfast bar and the open air kitchen. Furnished as a gourmet space, it will satisfy even a picky cook or chef.
The bedrooms are all decorated in an earthy and appealing way and include two king sized suites that feature a private balcony or direct terrace access, luxurious ensuite baths with plunge tubs and premium fixtures, and entertainment systems.
