The focal point is the exquisite lagoon pool, which adjoins four guest suites, while the master suite boasts a balcony overlooking the ocean.
Additionally, the guest house features a king-sized bed, a cozy living area, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for accommodating flight crews or traveling staff.
Designed to emulate a tropical oasis, Turtle Breeze incorporates separate structures interconnected by pathways, stairs, and bridges. The cascading lagoon pool meanders from the entrance to the main pool's waterfall, creating an enchanting ambiance and ensuring privacy among guests. Stunning vantage points overlooking the pool and ocean provide perfect spots for relaxation and socializing.
Guests have direct access to the beach, and the renowned snorkeling spot of Smith's Reef is a brief swim to the west. Nearby Turtle Cove Marina offers three excellent dining options—Mango Reef, Baci, and Sharkbite—within walking distance. However, transportation via car or taxi is necessary for further exploration, with parking available for up to four vehicles on-site (please note that garage access is not included).
Note: The property has two large pools that are not guarded with a child fence or gates. If you choose to bring small children, a liability waiver is required.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 31 days, a US$250.00 administration fee is forfeited. Cancellation made between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival, 55% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellations due to Force Majeure are subject to the same Cancellation Policy. Please note Christmas and New Year bookings are nonrefundable.
