Aqua Solis Villa is a brand-new luxury canal-front sanctuary in the prestigious Leeward enclave of Providenciales. Modern, elegant, and impeccably curated, the villa is designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living, where sunlit days flow into golden waterfront evenings in complete privacy.
Thoughtfully configured for multi-generational families and groups, the estate features a three-bedroom main house and a fully self-contained two-bedroom guest house. This flexible layout allows guests to share a spectacular home while enjoying their own private spaces.
In the main house, the primary suite opens to tranquil canal views, creating a serene retreat for rest and relaxation. Two additional bedrooms include a king suite and a king bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for families. The guest house offers two king bedrooms, along with its own kitchen and living area, delivering a boutique-style experience within the estate.
At the heart of the villa is a striking dual-pool design. A 30-foot shallow courtyard pool—perfect for children—flows seamlessly into a larger infinity-edge pool overlooking the canal, creating a resort-style setting for both relaxation and play.
Outdoor living is elevated with refined lounge areas, a full outdoor kitchen for al fresco dining, and a beautifully positioned waterfront fire pit beside the private dock. Here, evenings unfold with ease—gathered under the stars, surrounded by the calm elegance of canal-front living.
For adventure and activity, guests can explore the waterways by kayak or paddleboard, cycle through Leeward and nearby Grace Bay, or enjoy a rare villa amenity: a private pickleball court with spectator seating and lighting for evening matches.
Sustainability is seamlessly integrated into the villa’s design, with solar power capability and water harvesting systems supporting a more conscious form of luxury, all set within lush tropical gardens.

The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $75.00/day (seventy-five US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
