Upon entry, guests are greeted by a majestic two-story foyer. The furnishings, carefully selected and installed in November 2023, harmonize seamlessly, creating an ambiance of comfort and sophistication. The expansive living area features an open floor plan, seamlessly integrating a fully equipped kitchen with an island accommodating six and a dining table for ten.
Villa Enandi offers an array of non-motorized water sports equipment, including kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkeling gear. Alternatively, guests can arrange for private boating or snorkeling tours, departing conveniently from the villa's dock, for half-day or full-day excursions.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellation made 61 days or more prior to arrival, US$700 is forfeited. For cancellation 60 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Christmas/New Years bookings are non-refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
