The villa is fully equipped with beach chairs, coolers, and beach umbrellas, making your day trips to the nearby Grace Bay Beach a breeze, only 5 minutes away.

Guests are invited to explore the community using the provided bicycles, allowing you to discover the area at your own pace. For nature enthusiasts seeking adventure, we offer kayaks and paddleboards, perfect for leisurely excursions through Mangrove Cay, where you'll encounter a variety of tropical birds, fish, and turtles. For even more excitement, venture a little further to Little Water Cay, also known as Iguana Island, with its pristine private beaches and lagoons—an ideal spot for a picnic or capturing stunning photos with the Rock Iguanas that inhabit the island.

The villa itself is spacious and modern, featuring elements of Bermudian design. Upon entering, the immaculate gardens give way to sleek and contemporary furniture in the spacious living room. Natural light fills the room, and the 64-inch smart TV is strategically positioned to offer optimal viewing without obstructing the breathtaking views of the pool deck and outdoor living space.

To the right of the living room, you'll discover three bedrooms. The first is a generous master suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and private access to the pool and surrounding decks. Next is a guest suite with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom offers a garden view and a king bed with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. All the rooms provide ample space and comfort.

On the left side of the living room, you'll find a large fully equipped gourmet kitchen with an island and bar, as well as a formal dining area with easy access to the decks and BBQ area. Adjacent to the kitchen is a children's bedroom with two single beds and a spacious closet, along with another large garden view bedroom with a king bed. There is also a modern bathroom and a convenient laundry room in this area.

The highlight of Seagrace Villa is its expansive pool and deck area overlooking the canal. Adorned with warm coral stone, the pool deck is perfect for entertaining. It serves as your private resort, featuring abundant seating, an outdoor dining area, a BBQ/poolside bar, and gazebo seating with a fire pit. Whether you enjoy early morning yoga sessions or late evening cocktails, this deck will undoubtedly become your favorite place to unwind and create lasting memories.

For additional water adventures, guests have access to 2 paddleboards, 2 single kayaks, and 1 double kayak, allowing you to explore the surrounding waters at your leisure.

Note : Most properties have a 500 kw/hr per week power allowance. This translates to roughly $300 worth of power a week. AC usage is metered separately.
