Breezy Villa is a private oceanfront villa situated on the south shore surrounded by the soothing blue hues of the ocean. This elegantly appointed and comfortable villa has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and French doors leading to incredible views of the ocean.
The large living room has an entertainment center that hosts a Plasma TV, DVD player, an assortment of movies, books, and a stereo. The villa's gourmet kitchen is well-equipped with state-of-the-art appliances.
One can choose to dine in the kitchen/dining room or "alfresco" under a covered porch or the stars as one desires. A spacious pool along with lounge chairs, table and chairs, and a BBQ complete this incredible oasis where there are always the trade winds that provide a soothing breeze.
Location of this oceanfront villa: You have conveniently located close to Leeward Marina and only a 5-10 minute drive to the famous " Grace Bay Beach" and Grace Bay Road where you will find most of your shopping and entertainment needs.

Breezy Villa is a gated waterfront home located in a private residential community.
A rental car is recommended
Guests will receive a mid-stay clean included in each 7-night stay. This will be scheduled during orientation.
Note: Most properties have a 500 kw/hr per week power allowance. This translates to roughly $300 worth of power a week. AC usage is metered separately.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 31 days, US$400.00 administration fee is forfeited. Cancellation made within 30 days, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Please note Christmas and New Year reservations are nonrefundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
