Overlooking the lovely Sapodilla Bay in Turks & Caicos, the Villa Turquesa is a stunning example of Caribbean design and décor along with luxurious amenities. Part of a private community, it is a spectacularly scenic property that features an appealing palette chosen to emulate the setting. Sea greens and blues, turquoise and white all come together to create a casual and yet stimulating setting indoors and out. The waterfront property has a private staircase and dock to the waterfront where guests can snorkel and launch kayaks and paddleboards.
The front of the property focuses on the pool and the scenery and features the lovely swimming pool terrace framed by swaying palms and a furnished sun deck. A portico offers lounging areas and leads to a screened porch nearby. Step through the doors and you are greeted by high ceilings and an open floor plan that enhances the sea breezes and the light from outside.
The great room features a large living room near the al fresco dining, there is a formal dining room as well, and this opens into the gourmet kitchen furnished with the latest appliances and which opens to the grounds.
There are four bedrooms in the villa, and they are divided between upper and lower floors. On the ground floor is one king bedroom with direct terrace access, ocean views and a large ensuite bath. Upstairs, the master suite has a stunning private deck and an ensuite bath with Jacuzzi. The remaining suites feature another king room with deck, and a double with balcony and bath. There is also housekeeping and laundry on the premises.

VillaTurquesa is only a short walk to beautiful Taylor Bay beach. The villa includes portable beach chairs that can be brought to the beach.
