Welcome to Designated Paradise Key, hidden in the heart of Islamorada. This oceanfront villa offers a rare kind of privacy, complete with its own secluded beach—an experience few can truly claim. Expansive terraces stretch across both levels, opening up to sweeping ocean views, while the home’s open design and spacious interiors blend effortlessly with the calm, natural surroundings. Designed for comfort and connection, the villa accommodates up to 16 guests, including children. The main house features four beautifully appointed bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with generous living spaces that invite both relaxation and gathering. A large living room and separate family room provide plenty of space to unwind, while the dining area comfortably seats eight. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for memorable meals, complemented by a charming breakfast nook. For entertainment and convenience, guests can also enjoy a game room and a dedicated laundry room.
The outdoor spaces are just as impressive, offering everything needed for a true resort-style experience. A heated pool invites you to relax under the sun, while a private pickleball court adds a fun, active touch. The expansive 1,500-square-foot tiki bar creates the perfect setting for entertaining, and a 100-foot dock stretches out over the ocean for unforgettable waterfront moments. Multiple lounge areas and a spacious patio provide places to gather or unwind, and the outdoor kitchen makes al fresco dining effortless. A large driveway offers parking for up to six vehicles, ensuring ease and convenience for your entire group.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
