The home features two levels, each with its own private entrance for added convenience and privacy. The first floor includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a dining area for eight, and a summer kitchen with easy access to the waterfront outdoor kitchen and dining space. Upstairs, the second floor offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-concept living, dining, and chef's kitchen area, and a terrace with breathtaking views. A laundry room adds to the home's practicality and comfort.
The outdoor area is equally impressive, with lush tropical gardens surrounded by mangroves, creating an ideal environment for outdoor activities and relaxation. Guests can enjoy the heated pool, lounge by the tiki bar, or gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. For those who enjoy sports, there's a beach volleyball court and corn hole for friendly competitions. The outdoor kitchen, complete with a grill, overlooks the bay, offering a perfect spot for al fresco dining. Inside the home, comfort and entertainment are paramount. Guests will enjoy sleeping in luxuriously soft, cotton-like sheets and indulging in bath rituals with Pure Fiji products. Smart TVs are available in both living rooms and all bedrooms, while a Sonos portable speaker allows you to stream your favorite music and podcasts throughout the property. With gigabit Wi-Fi available throughout, Sunset Point Key is a perfect blend of relaxation and modern convenience, making it the ultimate vacation retreat.
Please note: The owner's boat is parked at the dock, which they can access via side entrance, the boat is strictly off limits to house guests.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
