Villa Eugenie is a beautifully renovated 300 m² villa located in the prestigious Basse Californie area of Cannes. Combining elegance, comfort, and modern amenities, this exceptional property offers 7 spacious bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for families and groups.
The villa features a guest toilet, a vast living room opening onto the terrace and garden, an elegant dining area, a fully equipped independent kitchen, and a large outdoor terrace.
The bedrooms are distributed over two levels. Four bedrooms are located on the upper floor, including a master suite with a dressing room, private terrace, bathroom, shower, and toilet. The remaining three bedrooms are situated on the lower level. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and benefits from its own bathroom or shower room with a toilet. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds measuring either 160 cm or 180 cm.
Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful landscaped garden, a saltwater swimming pool measuring 12 m x 3.5 m, and private parking.
Additional amenities include air conditioning throughout the villa, high-speed fibre internet, televisions, and a comprehensive alarm system.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
