Villa Imperia is a magnificent Belle Époque palace perched in the prestigious heights of Cannes, offering more than 1,200 m² of refined living space within a beautifully landscaped 3,500 m² estate. The grand entrance hall opens onto an impressive reception area of approximately 60 m², leading to a spacious south-facing terrace with spectacular sea views. The main living areas include an elegant lounge with a television, a dining space accommodating 8 to 10 guests, and a sophisticated office featuring a fireplace. A fully equipped professional kitchen with an adjoining pantry ensures the highest level of comfort for entertaining, while a guest shower room with a toilet completes this level.
The first floor hosts four beautifully appointed bedrooms, along with an inviting lounge area featuring a bar, refrigerator, sink, and stunning views of both the sea and surrounding mountains.
Dedicated to wellness and entertainment, the lower level features a heated indoor swimming pool measuring 5 x 8 metres, a hammam, sauna, shower room with WC and sink, and a fitness area. A stylish relaxation lounge is equipped with a bar, two refrigerators, an ice machine, and a dishwasher. Additional amenities include a private home cinema, a secure panic room, a wine cellar, and a laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers. Two bedrooms are also located on this level: one en-suite bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a shower room and toilet within the panic room area, and a second double bedroom with a separate shower room.
The outdoor areas are equally remarkable, featuring a magnificent 3,500 m² landscaped park and an expansive terrace of more than 200 m² overlooking the sea. Elegant outdoor furnishings and a large dining table provide the perfect setting for al fresco dining. The estate also boasts a heated swimming pool measuring 14 x 7 metres and a 600 m² synthetic tennis court.
A charming 80 m² guest house offers two additional bedrooms, providing privacy and comfort for visiting family or guests.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
