Villa Nautilus is an exceptional luxury property located within a private estate, just five minutes from Château de la Messardière, the renowned Pampelonne beaches (Tahiti area), and Place des Lices. Offering complete privacy and security, the villa is fully equipped with an alarm and video surveillance system.
Designed across two levels, Villa Nautilus features elegant indoor and outdoor living areas, including a fully equipped kitchen, stylish dining spaces, and beautifully appointed lounges ideal for relaxing and entertaining.
The villa accommodates up to fourteen guests across seven en-suite bedrooms, including a spacious master suite and a children’s dormitory designed for up to six children. The property also includes two staff bedrooms, a fully equipped gym, and an elegant pool house with a bar.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy a spectacular 20m x 4.5m infinity swimming pool, a pétanque court, and beautifully landscaped gardens extending over 14,000 sqm. The pool house is equipped with a dishwasher, two refrigerators, an ice machine, two four-seater sofas, and six barstools, creating the perfect atmosphere for outdoor gatherings.
Additional amenities include a Sonos sound system throughout the property, a secure 66 sqm closed garage accommodating up to three cars and scooters, as well as twelve outdoor parking spaces.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
In accordance with France’s Tracfin compliance regulations, this property requires verified government-issued identification and proof of home address from all guests prior to confirming a reservation.
