Venturing to the lower floor, you'll discover a spacious living area featuring a Smart satellite TV with a Playstation 5 console, board games, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a communal bathroom with a shower. Notably, a laundry room with a washer-dryer machine is also available.

The expansive outdoor area presents panoramic sea views, treating you to stunning sunrises and beautiful sunsets. Bask in the sun with a good book in hand or enjoy a refreshing cocktail next to the dining area, where you can relax and savor delightful moments with your loved ones. Rest assured, a secure parking area is provided outside the villa. It's worth noting that the villa is situated on a hill, and the last 300 meters leading to the complex are accessible via an off-road road. We recommend using an SUV car for easy access to the complex.

The swimming pools can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility."
