Actea Seaview Villas consist of two adjacent luxury villas, each boasting private amenities and facilities.

On the entrance floor, you'll find an open-plan living area equipped with a satellite TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped, sleek, and modern kitchen, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or croissant. Even after a busy day, gather around the dining table for a delightful feast before settling in for a movie night. A cozy and inviting bedroom awaits, providing a restful sanctuary. As you ascend to the upper floor, you'll discover two bedrooms with modern designs and ensuite bathrooms, offering complete autonomy and privacy. Its location provides an ideal refuge for you and your loved ones, ensuring carefree days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Situated in the most desirable area of Falassarna, this beautiful villa will captivate you with its polished design aesthetic. The lower floor accommodates a spacious living area with a satellite TV, a bedroom for two, a fully equipped kitchen, and a communal bathroom. Notably, a laundry room with a washer-dryer machine is also available, making your stay more convenient and ensuring your clothes remain fresh.

Please note that the villa is situated on a hill, and the last 300 meters leading to the complex are accessible via an off-road road. We recommend using an SUV car for easy access to the complex.

The swimming pools can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility.
