The lower floor accommodates a specially designed room for individuals with disabilities, complete with an ensuite bathroom and bunk beds for 4 people. This floor also houses a gym and a Hamam. On the first floor, you'll find four bedrooms, three with single beds that can be converted into doubles, and one with a king-size bed. As you enter the villa on the ground floor, you'll be greeted by a spacious open area showcasing a superbly equipped kitchen for culinary enthusiasts. This area seamlessly flows into a dining and living room, featuring a large flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels, a projector, and a PlayStation console. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a king-size bed and a communal bathroom. The villa boasts a luxurious and modern design, perfectly complementing its contemporary architecture and high-quality furnishings. The neutral color palette creates a serene ambiance, offering a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Sink into the comfortable sofa with a good book, or gather your group in the cozy dining area for a memorable evening. Please note that the swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost using a Pool Heat Pump, maintaining a temperature of approximately 26-27°C depending on weather conditions. We kindly request 3-4 days' advance notice for this service.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
